This page shows the commands I’m Tired understands. You do not need to memorize them. Start with the simple commands first; the rest are optional ways to say the same thing.

I’m Tired has five presets: Quiet Mind, Safe Rest, Breath Drift, Deep Sinking, and Body Release. Each preset starts in the standard length.
Quiet Mind — for thoughts that are still moving.
Safe Rest — for safety, permission, and letting go.
Breath Drift — for settling with the breath, without managing it.
Deep Sinking — for heaviness, support, and giving weight back to the bed.
Body Release — for gentle body relaxation, part by part.
Use these only if you already know the preset name. Choosing a preset starts it in the standard length.

These older commands still work for compatibility, but preset language is preferred. For clarity, use preset commands for Quiet Mind, Safe Rest, Breath Drift, Deep Sinking, and Body Release, and length commands for short, standard, or extended.
